I think virtual consultations are as effective, and sometimes more so than an in-home visit.
After reviewing your videos, behavior questionnaire, and seeing a sketch of your home's floor plan I will have a really good picture of what's going on. And I won't impact your cat's behavior by being physically present. Lastly, I don't train your cat; I train you to train your cat, and that works perfectly over Zoom!
However, sometimes an in-home visit can be very helpful, especially if you're struggling and need some in-person guidance and support. I have an option for this, see "Add an In-Home Visit with My Partnering Behavior Colleague" below or Contact me with questions.

Because we want to encourage consistent, unhurried behavior plans, the plans have built-in discounts. Booking the 90-Minute Standard Consultation upfront saves you $15 compared to adding extra time later to the Short Consultation. Booking the Cat-to-Cat Package (2.5-Hour) saves you $20—and permanently unlocks our lowest preferred follow-up rate of $45 per 15 minutes for any future support you might need.
Virtual consultations are highly effective—and often even more effective than an in-person visit. When an outside person enters your home, it can temporarily change your cat’s natural behavior, causing them to hide or act out of character. A virtual session via Zoom allows me to see your cat in their comfortable, natural state without the stress of a stranger in their territory. Furthermore, because I am training you to implement the behavioral modifications, a virtual format works seamlessly.
To get the clearest picture of what is going on, I will review a few things prior to our meeting:
- A Behavior Questionnaire: Tailored specifically to your situation (with dedicated forms for Cat-on-Cat Aggression, Litter Box Issues, or General Concerns).
- A Home Floor Plan (By request when needed): A basic, simple sketch of your home's layout to help analyze territory, resource placement, and traffic flow.
- Video Footage (If existing or can be taken without upsetting the cats): Any short video clips you have of the behavior or the environment can be incredibly helpful.
- The Short Consultation ($165) is a 45-minute session designed for more singular or straightforward issues. It includes a written report and 1 month of email support, but it is not intended for complex issues like cat-on-cat aggression or litter box concerns.
- 15 Minute follow up sessions are also available for $55.
- The Standard Consultation ($315) is the best fit for most behavior issues. It includes 90 minutes of total virtual time (typically broken into a main session and a follow-up call), a customized written report/behavior plan, and 2 months of ongoing email support.
- Discounted 15 Minute Follow Up Sessions are available for $50 and can be combined into longer sessions.
- Cat-to-Cat Introduction Package (60 minutes) + 6 follow up Zoom calls $495.00. Includes a written report & plan and 3 months of email support. Yes. Because introducing cats or managing serious territory issues requires significant time and habit-building, I offer a dedicated Cat-on-Cat Introduction Package ($495). This is a specialized package designed for cat parents who are introducing a new feline companion or working through active cat-on-cat aggression.
- Because successful introductions require a patient, step-by-step approach, this plan includes 2 ½ hours of total virtual time (typically split into a 60 minutes initial session and 6, 15+/- minute follow-ups on Zoom), a highly detailed, phased introduction blueprint, and 3 months of extended email support to guide you through every stage of the process.
- It is designed for clients who want focused, proactive guidance with a high level of ongoing support—making it especially ideal for complex cases.

Yes, for special situations. In-person visits are available within the five boroughs of New York City and a one-hour travel radius of Midtown East. The in-person rate is $500 and includes up to 90 minutes in your home, plus everything included in the Standard Virtual Consultation package (written plan and follow-up email support. Additional virtual support must be booked separately). In-person visits are helpful for behaviors that can only be fully understood or seen in the home or would benefit from personal interactions. Contact me to ask about availability. Please note that an additional fee may apply to cover car service travel time and expenses depending on distance, route efficiency, or driving time particularly if public transportation is disrupted or inconvenient to your location.
Payments are normally accepted by credit card at check out after you have selected a date and time to meet.
